To update the opening hours of your store first you must log in to your CloudWaitress platform and select the manage option.

You will then be presented with your store's dashboard. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a selection of tabs. Select the settings tab.

On the setting home page, under the system tab, you will now see a list of dropdown menus, select the location option - which should be second on the list.

Scroll down the page until you find the opening hours section and from here you can assign the opening hours of your store.
Please note that opening hours settings are set using the 24-hour format system. Should you wish to add or delete days you can do so by selecting the appropriate icon shown on the right-hand side beside each day. (The trash can or copy symbol).

You will also notice there is a section for special opening hours. You can set special opening hours for holidays or other periods. Please note this will override your regular opening hours for your store location and all services.
To add special opening hours simply select the 'Add Special Hours Slot' button, then fill out the relevant dates and times. To add or delete special opening hours slots you can use the icons shown on the right-hand side - as performed for the opening hours procedure above.

Once you are happy with the changes and all hours are set correctly, hit the save button shown below the special hours section.
To ensure all changes have been made successfully, click on the view store tab on the left-hand side to be taken to your store's site. Please note that if you already have this open before making the above alterations you may need to refresh your store to see the updates.
