To update the automatic order ready times for your store first you must log in to your CloudWaitress admin dashboard.

Next, select the manage option on the store you wish to update.

You will then be presented with your store's dashboard. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a selection of tabs. Select the orders tab.

This will then bring you to the orders dashboard. At the top right-hand side of the screen, you will see a number of icons. Select the quick settings option.

You will then be presented with the quick services settings menu.

From here you can scroll down and set the automated order times for orders confirmed, ready and complete.

You will also notice if you scroll further down the quick service settings menu that there is the order rush management feature. This allows you to increase the estimated wait time of a customer's order during busy periods.

Once you are happy with the changes and all hours are set correctly, hit the save button shown at the bottom of the quick service settings menu (below the order rush management section).
