Create New Item:

Item Type must be in Combo.

Add a Name, Pricing and Description.

Combo Price Type can be in Standard (means all the combo choices are set at same price) or Difference (will take into account the price differences between the various items to increase the price if certain items are selected).

Create the Choices.

You can then add choices for the Combos. Go to the Item Choices tab; it may depend on what you're planning to create (no. of choices). You can add a Name for the choices, then mark eligible items and Save.

You have options, if the choices already exists in your menu:

If the items are already in the menu, you can use those directly.

B.

You can use the Blacklist function to designate option sets that will be removed from your combo item choices

(make sure it is bubbled before saving.) and Save.

C

If the items isn't in the menu, you can create it under the same category (just make sure to hide the items);

Or create a separate category for the choices then hide the items so that your customers are unable to order them.

The Use Item Points as Combo Points and Points can be used as a joint function, we only recommend using this for a Pizza Option Set Type (this is a topping system that can be used for Half & Half Pizzas, works for Regular and Variable pricing type in Option Sets)
